    it seems high but mathematically its pretty reasonable. idk how much the plot could sell for, but 15x15 has been like 6k+, so the plot could be worth as much as 10k. At 500c a week you would have to occupy the plot for 20 weeks before the balance swings in favor of buying it. 20 weeks = 5 months...
