    You get the idea someway but battlemages are also mages that only cast destruction / ruthless spells somewhat like warlocks - bloodlust , fiery frenzy,... and this has nothing to do with spellsword.

    No goddamit. Spellsword is the name and that final :/ . Battlemage is heard almost everywhere on any rpg/mmo. Spellsword is a unique and rare name and if I'd wanted to make another simpler name don't you think I'd use a name of that similarity ? :P

    Well I think he should be able to cast a spell on any kind of swords since I he summons the blades inner magic. As for armor ofc diamond is a no and if kain likes the idea I'm gonna give him the idea of how this class would function . Remember that I already have everything planned for this...
