    Let's make guilds 'Official'. First create a new sub forum in the Applications Forum called "Guild Apps", and a rename the "Guilds" sub forum in the Townships & Guilds forum "Official Guilds". Now we can keep the requirements the same for guilds, but introduce a small fee and requirements...

    It's the admin's and mod's way of punishing people for doing things they shouldn't , or saying stupid stuff, that isn't bad enough to warrant a kick or ban. I'm pretty sure Slap is just a chat thing and that rocket is an instant kill.
