well, he hasnt played in forever, and i just changed the password, plus my pc is locked so he cant play unless i let him(witch i wont)

I am going to go ahead and give you the benefit of the doubt on this. Remember account sharing is NOT allowed, and if it is discovered he is on the account it will most likely be banned. Any issues arising from him going on it, is your sole responsibility. The excuse of "My brother did it" will not hold water in an appeal.
