Suggestion [Titles] - Mayor Titles

In Zeal when a town changed Mayor, the old and the new mayor would have the title. Back then you couldn't change title yourself though, there was no /title list or /title prefix. There was like several Viceroys from ARC and a ton of Mayors which didn't own a town.

I would like the mayor and sic titles ingame as well, but I got understanding of the time it takes to modify/make a plugin/script to do this.
It is a lot better to wait a bit and get something perfect, than get an unfinished thing with no waiting.

(yea it's a lot of work to manage a town, as most people already know).
