  3. Previous Bans from other Servers (If Yes, explain where/when): I don't quite remember but I believe I have been banned before. Only situation was a small server called Ruby Ridge.

  10. Additional Info: I applied for whitelisting a while ago(maybe even a year) I was denied a few times after some weird editing done to my applications not by me. After some friends talked about this I wanted to try again.

Thanks for looking. I was trying to get the attention of one of the mods by disconnecting and reconnecting over and over again on a mumble server. It caused lag for both the minecraft server and mumble server and of course that got the admins unhappy so I was banned. The lag was unintentional and I didn't know it would happen.
