Buff for most other professions - merchants can still sell everything.

I thought the whole point of merchant was they could only use chest shops and set them up for people.

what about changing Gift? it isn't used for anything atm

Initially each profession was suppose to be able to sell items in chests related to them, while merchant could sell anything.
