This town is currently showing LATE on taxes. Taxes are due each Monday as per http://tiny.cc/hctaxes. If you are current, please provide the information. If you are not current, please make payment or you are at risk for region removal.

If you would kindly transfer leadership of the town over to me, I can pay taxes. cody has been inactive of late and with Diablo 3 coming out I don't foresee him being back anytime soon.

He would need to get online and advise in the forum to transfer. Sic's can also make tax payments.
