Level 30 doesn't show skill, only like months of playing the game.

If your not good at this game after playing it for months. then you should uninstall. also the reason why its level 30's only is because the RANKED team will play RANKED, and you can only play ranked as a level 30.

Your rating in ranked. Your elo starts at 1200 and for your first few ranked games fluctuates by around 50, currently mine changes about 14 per game since ive played a fair amount.
