It's just some simple Animating and Tweening. You can do it in photoshop if you change your workspace from "Essentials" to "Animation" in the top right.
It's even easier in Adobe Flash.

Oh, I don't need a silly reward; I have been trying to save up enough to get the proper tools, but I am not sure I will be able to afford them any time soon... Ill put something together in my free time (I started college classes on the 17th).
