    Something that could be done is possibly raising the mana cost on plaguebomb. Right now it is 15 and a maxed beguiler has 206. If it were to be moved to 30 mana per plaguebomb, trust me, less of those bitches would be flying.

    Wizard's have gtp, which is VERY useful in combat if used correctly. Plus, their root is on a shorter cd.

    Or possibly get purge working, and if it succesfully dispels, then all enemies in the area are slowed for 3 seconds.
