*Glitching and Block Lag Abuse

As of 7/26/12 the above reason for being banned isn't listed as being prohibited in the current http://www.herocraftonline.com/wiki/index.php/Category:Rules with exception to "intentionally abusing game mechanics or glitches" which is just a blank statement that could literally mean anything.

I am not admitting I took part in any of this, but I just was just looking to see if I actually violated any rules.

There was an incident where I was suspected of getting into a player's resident at the spawn by hacking, Sigpit's but it was a misunderstanding. I did admit to following someone in, but after Sigpit asked for the items back that I took I gladly gave them back. All the chests in his resident that I did look in were opened with me on the inside of the residence. Leftovers5, Sigpit and LoOlsr( I think was his name) all understood and actually invited me to their Town Oblivion.

Hope this clears up any confusion.

Also, I did not receive any warnings as mentioned in the rules at the bottom entitled, "Enforcement" in game or via email.

• Warnings will be given for any infringement as follows.
  • First warning: Player receives a warning.
  • Second warning: Player receives a 3-day suspension.
  • Third warning: Player receives a 1-week suspension.
  • Fourth warning: Player receives a 1-month suspension.
  • Fifth warning: Player receives a permanent ban.

"Server staff retain the right to kick, ban, or close access to any or all users of Herocraft Online Services at any time"

The reason related to what you posted would be this one, under "The Following Actions Are Prohibited":
"Abusing game mechanics/block lag to gain access to regioned areas, etc"

You made the mistake of glitching a lever on the IC of my personal plot in DG. It was buried underground, you would have had to block glitch to access it, and you would have had to have some sort of xray to even know it was there. I do not need to go through the warning steps. It is clear you are guilty.

I'll also add that we DO NOT need you to quote rule/s for us. We're completely aware of what the rule/s are and if you're the smart little asshole you're portraying yourself to be, you'd have read the part that Alator pointed out; have fun elsewhere.
