It is on the actual application now.
Also am sorry if you misunderstood, I was just notified last night of the structure of 1 Proctor per applicant, no matter if proctor one signs off for the day and even if proctor two is available, they still can't do anything for the applicant since the issue is already reserved from the first.

Edit: I also reread my last statement and that was not ment to sound like an insult, but more so of me saying I messed up explaining...
