I have a concern with you allowing your friends on your account. We do not know who they are, or if they are the required age. Why do you allow them on your account?

I let them on it because some of them don't have one and have been begging me to the point of annoyance, many of them have gotten their own account by now. Others have used it because they are admins on some servers and wanted a secret account to see how people react when there isn't authority online. In total, only 2 of them use it today and one doesn't like multiplayer.

Again I am concerned you allow so many on your account, or at least have in the past. I do not know them, nor their ages and they could cause havoc on your account while whitelisted.

I change my password every month. Those who don't care about minecraft anymore don't have access to it. I can change my password and not tell the one who doesn't like multiplayer and the other one, if it comes down to it, I can tell him to get lost and get a new account.

I would prefer knowing your account is secure and these friends do not have access to the account.

That's kinda what I was meaning there. I'll change my password and not let them on it again.

I am going to go ahead and give you a chance, BUT I will warn you if a friend accesses your account, any actions they take on it is your sole responsibility. The excuse "My friend did it" is not valid in a ban appeal.
