Previous Bans: I was recently banned on another server because the owner, who was 13 years old mind you, didn't like how I built (medieval). It was a 'Drug Craft' server my buddy told me about, and wanted me to play on. Generally I wouldn't play on such server, but he has been asking for a while, so I gave in. This occurred last October. Another server I was banned on was Craftyn, a towny server. I was banned because I didn't donate, which I see as an unfitting reason for banishment. This occurred last August.

Reason you should be accepted: I am great with a Bow, my only way of PvP. Some people see my skill and ask if I can give them a few pointers, and I always agree to help. Im also a decent medieval builder. If any new comers on the server need help, I always perk to tell them the best of my knowledge and point them in the right direction.

Additional Info: In free time, I like to go out on the city or go to eat. I like to hang out with friends and family a lot. I like to rent planes such as Cessna's or King Airs and fly around the city a bit. Thus, I do have my Private Pilots license. I hope to be a commercial pilot one day for a major airline. I also am into playing with my dog Ziggy and dirt bike.

#1 I didnt add this, this server had a lot of older guys, and they got on team speak, and so did I with my friend, and we had a voice changer......You can see the rest play out. #2 What server is it for? Don't get it. Doesnt even include my name

Dont drink basically, from me personally, do not ever, drink. Ever. It was a long story I dont feel like telling to someone I dont know.

Look, to sum it up, it was a misunderstood ban. It was in college and my 'buddies' opened up my laptop, and were all like "OH MAN GET A VOICE CHANGER" than hopped on MC and joined the servers team speak. I knew the owner personally, and he was surprised when this happened.This ban was caused from my friends, but I realize it was in the end my fault for letting them on my laptop in the first place. I really cant say much more. And the drinking- They were all rather, buzzed, and I (Cant drink I have a heart sted- different story different time) thought I was being cool by going a long with it. I guess, thats the best way to explain that ban.

Same birth date, only the year is changed. If you have read our ToS you would know the age required to apply for the whitelist, so how about we come clean now and be honest about your age.

I am 23, I work @ Vacation International, I can get you a time share deal, if I sought to do so. I act towards the servers as they act to me and my fellow users, if they respect, and put out a good server, I will also respect (I will always respect a respectable staff, which I see here) and I will do my best to keep it that way. I can assure you if I am allowed access to the server, I will utterly respect, and be fully honest as I am on the forums. For the first ban, I cant see why you are holding it against me? It was my idiotic 'friends' in college, over a year ago. I was in the wrong place at the wrong time. That was a long time ago, I live far away from the and that college and those people. I can assure you of this because I am living with my fiance, starting my adult life. The other ban, 'Battle Pvp', you can go on there yourself to see how horrible the staff is. They are insulting (called me gay after I said there is nothing wrong with being gay (there really isn't, human rights for all)). The servers I am banned from, are not because I was being bad, inappropriate, rude, etc., it was because I was just sticking up for others. It's my personality, I like to think I protect those who cant protect themselves, and if that's not allowed, don't let me on.

As for your first ban, YOUR account YOUR responsibility. We do not allow excuses here, and YOU are responsible for any actions YOUR account takes...including so called "friends" getting you banned.

I definitely take the blame, damn right I do in fact. I take more account for my action, in this case letting them on my computer. The date...cant be wrong, and I didn't suddenly go oh yeah now I know it. II had to search through the appeals to find myself. Then it all came back. I encourage you to contact the owner, because this surely didn't take place this recent. Oh, and give me some credit, Feb 24th is same on all servers. Quite random date to stick to unless it meant something to me.
