AGE & LOCATION: 15, Melbourne
PERVIOUS BANS: No not on this account, but my previous account I had a few bans on three different servers.
•mc.mcctf.com (sometimes I get banned for 24 hours for apparently flying or something, altho occasionally I did mess around with hacks most of the time console just kicks me and stuff, jsut lag I guess)
•pride.mine.nu (I got accused of hacking when fighting an Admin and me and two others were banned for it, could understand I was lagging and it could appear so but I had suspicions of them being corrupt as-well)
•main.Noxcraft.com (This was the last main server I ever played on, I planned to leave and joined this server, upon returning back to Nox on a visit, I raided another town and killed the mayor and a Moderator banned me for 'glitching' through a wall. Unfortunately he was then demoted and banned also the day after for other things. My ban got reviewed and was offered to be unbanned on Adsey. I decided to just start a fresh and buy a new account)
REFERRALS: Good friends of Dfergy123 (who so recruited me), I know Donaldmax1 very well and a few others from my previous server (Noxcraft) came here as-well.
HOW DID YOU HEAR ABOUT HERO-CRAFT? Dfergy123 brought me here mainly
HAVE YOU VOTED FOR HERO-CRAFT? Yeah, all three of the sites.
DO YOU AGREE TO HERO-CRAFT TERMS AND CONDITION (EULA & ToS)? Yes of course.
REASON I THINK I SHOULD BE ACCEPTED: Well, I would really like to come back as my new minecraft character even tho I really didn't get far on 'Adsey'. I left ages and planned to quit but came back. Starting fresh on an awesome community friendly server such as this. Again, I really like games and servers were I can manipulate my environment and have a team bassed relationship that let's you succeed in combat and so forth.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: As I guess you have already gathered, I am Adsey (well was). I have no accesses to any other accounts rather then Adsey. I wish to have a clean slate with this new account; even tho what happened to me a while back did not effect this server in any way. I really like the Hero's Plug-In also and have used it before.
(Oh yeah, I'm quite developed in Minecraft building but still somewhat limited in really complex things).
