Yes - you get to chose which server to be on when you log in, and you can pretty much change it at any time.

I don't think so - no, you'll need to make a new character, though I believe you keep your Soul Level

Since I'm european I play on the Europe server, however, I haven't played the entire weekend

Danda so how far have you gotten? Seeing as I haven't played for at least 4 days, you should be waaay ahead of me. (I haven't even made a mage/cleric yet)
