Well unfortunately it is fairly important when it occurred, as that ban is serious. Because of your account being "cracked", I presume that means others can access your account, I am going to deny the application. In addition the ban for fly hacking is serious.

I also asked for you to EXPLAIN them as well as when they occurred. You again have done one of the things asked.
