I really dislike hackers and griefers so I do my best to prevent these annoying kids from ruining the game play of others. I also play many other games, The hero plugin is my favorite plugin of all time

I don't get this "3) Special key = {HCxy}, where x is the first letter in your IGN (in game-name) and y is the number of characters in your IGN. Example: Notch's key would be {HCN5}"

I unfortunately cannot help you with that. It is something you must do by yourself.

Another example. mine would be HCR11

Oh that was a mis-understanding (My little brother (9years) got on and got hacks when I went truck driving with my uncle). I thought the admin cleared me of charges, he said that just for the other members he will temp ban me so they don't get mad.

Here on Herocraft we do not allow for account sharing. While we can trust you, your brother could be an issue if he downloads hacks for your client.
