Reason you should be accepted: I read the wiki and rules. I'm interested in MMORPG style games and have constructed many unique structures from under ground cities and catacombs to a huge tree fort. I'm a helpful, polite and fun loving guy. I like the idea of being able to construct a town, I might take to that.
