http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alphanumeric

an underscore is not part of an alphanumeric code and is excluded from regex coding as well. Please don't criticise and say that I got my code wrong when blatantly I have not, I do a ICT diploma in college and I know my alphanumeric code. Thanks!

That special key is correct. The guide on the link and the instructions on the automatic application state how to create the special key quite clearly. It's simply a matter of reading.

If you wish to be unbanned you have the right to appeal it. hc.to/appeal Alator who is an Admin was the one who removed you.

There are options which I gave you in game right before you decided to fly off the handle and disrespect staff, which is what Alator banned you for.
