3. Previous Bans from other Servers (If yes, explain where/when): Once, more than a year ago on "the shattered lands". I broke glowstone just outside of spawn and got permbanned with no appeal. I should have also known better than to break glowstone in the overworld so, ultimately my own fault.

5. How did you hear about Herocraft?: Found it on minecraft-server-list.com
6. Have you voted for Herocraft (No? Click here)?: Once, but I want to play the server a bit before I start handing out a steady supply of votes.
7. Do you agree to the Herocraft EULA & ToS?: Yes
8. Reason you should be accepted: I like large builds, and random destruction bothers me so I generally try to fix destroyed terrian making the server prettier =)
