Reason you should be accepted: Like everyone I have read the rules and the wiki. I am a big fan of Minecraft and RPGs, although I am not really into building things. I love to explore the Minecraft world and battle my way through enemies. I would like to help people and provide them with items on their quest and of course I will be polite and will accept other people's opinions.
How did you hear about Herocraft?: I found herocraft on this website: (http://minecraft-mp.com/server-s580). And when I watched the trailer, I knew I wanted to explore this world.
Have you voted for Herocraft : (No? Click here)?: Not yet, I will do so when I am allowed to join the server. (I think you should experience things for yourself before you can judge/vote on something.)
My special key: HCT7 (I guess I forgot to mention this the first time, I copy pasted the example and changed it, but I forgot to add the special key at the end. Sorry about that.)
Additional Info: I am a big fan of video games especially RPG's, Sandbox, Platformers and Adventure games. My favo(u)rite food is spaghetti. I love to play basketball and i like the colo(u)r green. I joined the Minecraft community about half a year ago. My biggest creation was a law court + jail.

I am concerned with the fact that your brother plays on your account. We do not allow account sharing, nor do we allow the excuse "My brother did it" in a ban appeal.

Well my brother now has its own account, and I'm quite sure that he was never banned when he used mine. (You can go ahead and check, if you want to) So if he wasn't banned, I don't see any problems. The rules state that one person can only have one account (and you have to ask permission if you want to have multiple accounts on one IP-adress), but there is nothing mentioned about sharing one, even though this isn't relevant anymore since he has his own. Besides it is impossible to check, isn't it?
But if you think I'm wrong, I will accept your decision, although it would be unfortunate.

So you are going to sit there and argue with me over it. Your application stated your brother plays on your account, now suddenly he does not?

He did, but not anymore. Maybe that wasn't clear..., I suppose you are right, I did use a present tense in that sentence.
It is up to you to decide, and like I said I will accept your decision. There is nothing more that I can do, I did my best to defend myself and you have the right to refuse this application.
Once again, I'm sorry to waste your time.

He can't access my account anymore, because I changed my password. And he now has his own account, so why would he want to?
I think it is safe to say that my brother has no intention nor the means to use my account anymore.

I will go ahead and give you the benefit of the doubt however, if he gains access to your account your account will be banned. Any issues he causes on it is your sole responsibility. The excuse "My brother did it" is not valid in a ban appeal and you will be held accountable.
