When I make accounts for websites, usually I don't enter my actual birthday because I dunno, I don't want to, I want privacy. I asked an admin to change my age in the application.

I'm not using my old account because I was denied last time, because my older brother used my account too. I can assure you, he does not use his account anymore. In fact, neither of us would use this Minecraft account unless I get accepted.

My brother was playing a server with his friends, and they were taking a while to get sorted. When he gets bored, he fidgets with things. Never anything major, but unfortunately he decided to replace 1 wood block with a dirt on some admin or moderator or important persons house.

My brother and I do share this account, but we do not go on each other's online servers and he has not used the account in the past month, maybe more.

The issue I have is I do not know if it was you or your brother who picked up the ban. This is the problem when you share accounts, the responsibility for it lies with YOU the applicant. You are responsible for any actions that occur on it, not your "brother".

What tells me he will not log in and "get bored" and cause issues?

If it's appropriate, a few people on the HC server know my brother and can testify to my comments.

Otherwise I have only my word.

I am going to give you the benefit of the doubt, but I will warn you if your brother logs in on our server using your account and causes ANY issues, the account will be banned. The excuse "My brother did it" is NOT valid in a ban appeal. Whatever occurs while someone is on your account is YOUR responsibility.
