5. Reason you should be accepted: I'm with a decent size group of players moving to the server, led by Karuu91. I've been playing minecraft since early alpha, and have always been a major fan. This server has so many unique things like the class system that I can't wait to try out.

8. Additional Info: We play multiple mmo's, and I've been told this server has an actual rpg feeling to it where people have to work towards things which I think is pretty crazy for minecraft, can't wait to check this all out.

Sure, my room mate(Karuu91), and I were letting his little cousins use our accounts since we were deep in another game at the time. I'm assuming the younger one received the ban. Their mother bought them accounts, so no one has access to this account, or Karus now.

Why weren't you able to easily explain this on your application, namely being honest?

Because I didn't know about the ban until you pointed it out. I don't feel like I wasn't honest to the best of my abilities.

As the owner of the account you are obviously held accountable for everyone's actions, especially in the context of bans. Now can you explain these?

As stated above, Karuu91's younger cousins that we let use our accounts before, that they no longer have access to. SadisticLegend said this was not a problem, and had already approved Karuu91 after the video was explained.

Regardless if it has been explained before, every applicant is dealt on a case-by-case basis and each Proctor as with each applicant, is different - we each handle our applications our own way. To me, you weren't aware your account had gotten a ban so that is a problem. Regardless if X doesn't have access anymore, you always have to be careful and again, make sure it doesn't happen otherwise you may find your time on Herocraft scrutinized.

With that said, I have no further problems.
