You post an application, a Proctor reviews it. Your application yesterday was incomplete, so you were not whitelisted. When a Proctor has finished doing a review on your application they will decide to whitelist you or not. You were supposed to read this thread PRIOR to applying:

It does not appear that you have done so.

You do not seem to have a clear enough grasp of the English language and that is a requirement on this server. I am sorry but I am going to deny your application.

Well i think this is racism .... anywhere i will found a better server thanks for the spend of time I READED THAT , about 5 times ! i did all things to do and because i'm Italian i can't be whitelisted thanks If you see the firts post in head of this page is complete .

No it is not because you are Italian. It is because your grasp of the English language is poor ((And we require that. Proof being you did not understand our rules and argued as I was trying to do my review)) and now your attitude is showing you would not be a good fit for the server either.

I am sorry if you feel you are above having to read the thread I linked you but it is required for a reason.
