I am submitting this whitelist app on behalf of RisingReaper69. Seems like a kid having some computer virus issues that prevent him from accessing any websites, apparently. If any proctors have it in their heart to contact him in game / interview him for application there, im sure he would appreciate it lol. If not, thems the breaks i guess.
