3. Previous Bans (Includes other servers): I have several bans for griefing, as well as one or two for personal disagreements with those in power (for example, I was banned from mc.doridian.de by Dabicloud, because he didn't take kindly to me).
4. Referral(s): Anyone on mcpluto.no-ip.org (look for ANANGRYK0ALA, Poliice, Jayjay5341, ash382, Coatduck, Pootwoot, sawrated18, etc.)
5. Reason you should be accepted: I am an aspiring developer, and a Minecraft server co-owner, and Herocraft is a great role model for me, in both respects. I have griefed before, however this was before I became a co-owner of a Minecraft server (MCPluto), and haven't griefed since. I think I deserve a chance to prove myself, especially since I can assure you that I wouldn't be taking the time to fill out a whitelist application for a server just to grief, and get rolled back and banned. I am interested in playing on Herocraft because of the unique aspect it offers to it's users; it looks to be very engaging. I also am looking to see a decent implementation of all of the Herocraft plugins, and what better place for that than Herocraft itself?
6. How did you hear about Herocraft?: A good friend of mine--Kaikz--mentioned that he had applied for a dev team position here, and I kind of set it aside. Then, I was researching chat plugins for my server, and I noticed that HeroChat--a popular choice--in fact originated from Herocraft. I began to look into some of Herocraft's other plugins, and found them fascinating. I came here, and started reading the Herocraft wiki, and fell in love with this concept, so I decided to apply for whitelist, hoping that I could experience it.
7. Have you voted for Herocraft (No? Click here)?: I don't believe I have, although I could be mistaken. I don't believe in vouching for things you haven't experienced yet.
8. Additional Info: I'm a fourteen-year-old freshman in High School, I love theatre and lighting, and production (some examples of my production group's work), and I'm a Baptist Christian. I love Apple, because I love good design, and elegance. I play freshman high-school soccer, too. I've been playing Minecraft since my aforementioned friend invited me to play on his since-fallen Minecraft server. I almost instantly fell in love with the game.

Everything looks good to me- You were up front with your bans, as well as being a server owner. Though, you reason for wanting to play is a bit concerning.
We're iffy on allowing server owners onto the whitelist, so I'm asking the Head Proctor to review this.

Alright, thanks for your time. Although, do note that I am actually one of four co-owners, I don't actually own the server. If there's a fear of theft of Herocraft's theme/creations, I can assure you that this will not be an issue. An additional reason I wish to play on this server as well as my own is that it's hard to sit down and just play Minecraft whilst you're an administrator on a server. It's just not legitimate. Ever since I've been an admin, I've always played survival Minecraft externally, for a real Minecraft experience. The same concept applies here.
