I want to join the server because I am a HUGE fan of RPG servers. This server looks very interesting and fun.

Previous Bans from other Servers: Once from a server in which the IP was us.shotbow.net, but I got banned from using Minecraft Forge with the TeamCrafted mod on it during a previous single player game, but accidentally forgetting to sign out and use my profile without Forge. I did not realize I had it on, but this was the only server I had been banned from. It happened around the summer of 2012. Every other time I got banned from a server was on my own server while playing with my friend who bans me when he rages or just for fun.
