I didnt say im the owner of another server out of respect for your server (As I know how it feels to deal with kids advertising servers) The ban, I dont care about, some stupid dispute with another server. Back many months ago. Regarding stealing ideas, I'd never do that, quite known in the bukkit community and I have my own image I'd never try to ruin.
