wel indeed i broke that rule that you cant ask an admin to look at your aply.
but is the aply ok in the rest or need more information?

Yes i am verry good whit english but a few missers becaus i just dont know the words.
but i can understand the staff if they dont gonna use the difficult words.
but i think it wont be a problem.

We are not going to curtail our speech for someone. We speak how we speak, so if a difficult word comes up,it will come up. Are you familiar enough with our rules?

Despite my better judgement I am going to add you to the whitelist. Remember you are to only speak English in public channels. In addition you need to follow all of the rules. The language barrier will not save you in a ban appeal.
