For the first ban I had gotten angry and lost my temper and started being disruptive/insultive. For the second ban I had left my computer alone while I went to the bathroom and a friend who was over my house spammed the chat. I am extremely sorry I had actually forgot about the bans which is why I didn't list them. I have learned since then not to leave my computer alone and be more respectful and not get angry over a game.
