Wow that's pretty expensive but I agree with it so not many towns try to form and then fail. It encourages teamwork as well. Only suggestion I have is Capitol radius be increased a little, even if its just to 125. To at least keep that +25 increment.

wow, higher prices per block for the higher level settlements? that will make it better to make 2 hamlets next to each other than to upgrade :p

too low prices, means too many towns

too many towns means half built towns littering the map = ugly

i want a few large towns, with lots of pvp

also, regarding mining, on 3000x3000 map, there are 144,000,000 blocks between levels 1-16

gold is out there, trust me

Why are we still useing Radius 50^3
50r = 100x100 not 50^3 - we're talking surface area not simply 50x50x50 cubes. - thus if 50 is the radius, the diameter would be 100, and it's roughly a square - so 100x100 (unless you want to be way more technical but we are moving away from circle towns anyway).
