Im closing in on becoming a master rogue and have no idea what to spec in. I don't really want to be a ranger. Beastmaster seems the coolest although from what I've heard it doesn't work and is going to be completely redone, thief is also going to be redone, ninja just seems kind of meh. What do you guys think?

Ninja takes devotion but could really kicks some ass with the level 50 skill Smoke. I've seen it used. You go invisible for 10 seconds and maul someone in the behind with your diamond sword, what's not to love?

You may want to wait a few weeks while a determinable future is seen about the other classes.

once i become a master rogue, say i spec ninja and master it but later down the road they fix beastmaster, would i have to re master rogue again?

Personally, I'd pick a Beastmaster and just go with it. I'd rather have difficulty leveling but then be on level 50 when the BeastMaster gets his love than to level up after the fact.

Yeah, I'd say Beastmaster. Aren't many of us around, and who doesn't love wolves! Plus, now we have gills, which makes swimming much less obnoxious.

while we redo the mob AI and other things, we're granting more skills to Beastmasters... more classes are filling out nicely now.

The only thing I see as a huge downfall to Beastmaster is when there are max people on, the tick rate isn't great so the wolves don't move as fast as they should.

Heh, with a pack of wolves you don't need a bow or Axe of Doom. Just tag the target and let them do all the work :D
