Been interested in learning to code for a long time now (learned enough HTML to post a picture but then forgot) and I thought the first gaming code should be whatever HC uses. Anyone know?

Minecraft was written in Java - the primary language is java (not to be confused with javascript)

We use bukkit (spigot) so learn how to write plugins using Bukkit and you're off to a good start.

There are several free tutorials on it.

Check out www.udemy.com. It is an online course site and has several courses on coding among many other subjects. Many of the courses are free but not all.
