Week 2 Balance

Casters:
  • Reduce base hp of all casters by 50

Wizard:
  • Replace boltstorm with megabolt
  • Fix port locations to be given at level 20 and not 25
Geomancer:
(Until new earthwall is fixed)
  • Replace earthpull/pulse with Renamed forcepush/forcepull

Pyromancer:
  • Add 1 second warmup to eruption
  • Reduce Eruption damage by 30
  • Fix eruption/flashfire to be able to be silenced
  • Reduce firebolt damage by 25
  • Increase base mana regen by 7
Hydromancer:
  • Reduce engulf duration from 6 -> 3 seconds
  • Significantly reduce knockback of maelstrom/flood
Beguiler:
  • Reduce duration of polymorph from 20 -> 3 seconds, fix targeting issue
Cleric:
  • Replace pray with sacredword
  • Replace bindingheal with sacredtouch
  • Replace groupheal with divineblessing
  • Add Angelsgrace (Guardian angel)
Bloodmage:
  • Reduce warmup of siphonblood by 0.5
  • Reduce warmup of combustblood by 0.5
Monk:
  • Replace safefall with renamed jump, vastly reduced distance/scaling
Samurai:
  • Remove heal on Murasame (This was not intended to be here)
  • Increase mortalwound damage per tick to 20, ticks every 2 seconds for 12 seconds, cooldown down to 15
  • Replace Mightyblow with "Bleed"
  • Reduce Ashura base damage by 30
Paladin:
  • Remove blindinglight
  • Decrease Absolution warmup by 0.5
  • Increase base absolution heal by 40
  • Increase base hp by 80
Shadowknight:
  • Decrease base hp by 30
  • Decrease empathy cooldown to 15
Dragoon:
  • Remove stun on soar
  • Remove silence on airborne
  • Dash can only be used on enemies, reduce velocity
Barbarian:
  • Reduce Warcry duration from 10->5
  • Increase Warcry cooldown to 30 seconds
  • Reduce left click by 10
  • Increase Suckerpunch cooldown from 30->45
Beastmaster:
  • Reduce arrow damage
Extortioner:
  • Remove ability to receive speed from low health of party members or the extortioner itself

For the samurai change, did you lower the CD on Murasame?

If we're to move backwards to the older version of samurai, keep in mind why it was powerful back then. It machinegunned people with its dots because they removed the hit invuln timer. As far as I can tell, that's been fixed now, so all bleeds do is stop you from landing hits. Which would make old samurai a hit and run class at best.

As for the other classes, I haven't played enough this map yet to confidently critique all the notes, but

Hydromancer's changes seem justified, I remember being indefinitely cc'd from slows to knockbacks and it sucked a whole bunch.

Dragoon's changes should be fine, I only wonder how much velocity has been lowered on dash. The few dragoons I have fought used its original dash and I think it was soar (The skill that knocks you up) to escape fights without much issue. And jump alone was all they needed before to do the same. Personally, I'd say scrap dash, but now that its similar to the old skill charge it might be better.

Beastmaster: getting hit for 2 hearts plus no matter what is always frustrating, but once this class gets its new skill it should play a lot better, this change is essentially needed until then.

I didn't know Extortioner was getting speed like that, but from hearsay, that's probably a good change haha.
