Waltz Composition

Waltz's are typically in 3/4 Time Signature, so I suggest sticking to that.
How long does your composition have to be?
What instruments do you have to use?

I wish my theory class was that fun. I enjoy making music, and I know that theory is important for that, but my class is really fucking boring. We just sit at our desks and listen as our teacher explains things and forces us to sing intervals and chord progressions like some weird choir.

Nah, we do the same but with a tiny bit more composition. I ok at it though.
