If you vote while offline does it still:

1. Announce to the server that you voted?
2. Give you 5c?

Because I can't always be on Minecraft to collect my 5c, you know :p

(Note: I would still vote for HC every 24 hours, provided I'm not super busy and internet, I'm just wondering)

Yes; 5 coins is still accredited to your account, even if you are offline at that moment in time, however, it does not announce it to the server.
