Suggestion Voting Shortcuts

We should add more voting shortcuts like the ones we have for Minestatus and MincraftServers. These are easy to use and are more aesthetically appealing than links.

We're going to just hard link to the herocraftonline.com/vote - on the top.

It's too many links to add them all on the top right. We're up to 6...
