Your story: It wasn't my intent, it was accidental. I didn't know it was regioned until after i broke the blocks. I didn't enter a town or anything, nor did i steal anything. It was a random house outside Paragon. I didn't even know i had region permissions when this happened. I assumed that it wasn't regioned because I wasn't in any LO town. I left Verstad a few days ago.

That is abusing your perms. You went into a house somewhere you had regions to and killed them. Per my private message:
