Instead of 140+ heal, make the beam an aoe that hits mobs and players. Then have it heal a % of the damage done to party members in the area.

Remember, the Cleric is a healer, not a damage-dealer. (although it can be in some ways) SacredGlimmer is meant to be a heal spell, I've seen a lot of spells like this in RPGs, and they are usually meant as ultimate heal spells, just like SacredGlimmer.
