Bug Unable to remove some people from a town

I'm sure this has been posted already, but I couldn't find it when I was looking through the other bug reports. Our problem is that our town (drakenvale) is a hamlet, and our player cap is supposed to be 30. However, after the townships plugin was remade, it didn't remove enough inactives, and our player count is still 32. It lets us invite new people to the town, but we can't give them region permission. I attempted to kick a few people from the town to drop our count below 30, but for most of them, it says they aren't a member of our town.

Yea, I've attempted to remove a few 2+ week inactives. It says they aren't part of the town, but they still show up on our members list and contribute to our citizen cap. This makes it unable for me to invite new/active citizens back to the town. Thanks for any help guys, keep up the good work

you should be able to /town kick <player>, you might have to type the exact casing of the player name.
