Bug Unable to Connect to Server

I've been playing on herocraft for a while now and I'm able to connect to the server with no problems. But when I tried to connect to the server for the past few days I keep on lagging out and glitching through the blocks. I'm able to connect with other servers with no problems. Does anyone have a solution to this?
