Bug Unable to break blocks & The Tour chat channel problem?

I have tried many times trying to cut down trees or dig but it always says I can't break blocks? I am wondering why, I tried asking in the shout box thing but I can't scroll up to find answers to it because I waited to long to look. I hope this get's fixed soon! I can't play until it's fixed!

My other problem is smaller so I am putting it on the same thread. It tells me that I am joined to The Tour channel but when I try to chat is says that I need to connect to a channel? I can't remember any other channels to see if they work, I haven't played in a long time and I am forgetful.

Danda I know, when I enter /ch tour it says I am already in that channel, but when I type it says I need to join a channel before I can speak.
