Un-whitelisted?

In trying to log in to the server but when I press connect it says :
Wanna dance, boy? Get whitelisted! http://tiny.cc/HCSMP

-Does this mean I need to re-whitelist?
-Or was this an error?
-And why?

I do plan to stay on the server, I just want to mess around with some friends but I plan on staying on the server. Sorry. I will re-apply in a moment.
