Bug Ultravision does not work in Ruins

I was trying to mine in the Ruins and Ultravision wouldn't work. I relogged and waited for the CD, logged back in and retried but it didn't work.

Yea i have had this bug while mining in ruins and trying to use excavate, it seems every time i use excavate while Ultavision is active it does that. Place a torch then break it, fixes it immediately.

I think this might be an issue with the potion-strength.. I'll try turning it down.
