My friend mentioned to me on steam that he was playing your community and after a little conversation I said could I have the IP and come join and he mentioned the whitelist and I looked on the website and found the donation page and bought instant access after that I tried to join the server and was instantly banned from the server before I have ever connected to the server in any of my memory.

I have no recollection of every playing herocraft.

Your account is found on a list of hacked accounts, which is generally what that ban means.

I donated the the bypass whitelist process access so I could avoid the whitelist application. Do you still need me to submit the application?

I spoke to Danda and he says you should still have to go through the process of verifying you are the owner of the account, but we are checking with Kainzo to see how he wishes us to handle it.

In any case the account will not be unbanned at this time, we will need to get clarification first.
