Suggestion Tweak Samurai's skills please <3

I have played samurai for quite some time now I have picked up on some things that I do not like to see. first of all their ability MortalWound is only doing around 100 dmg, which is quite terrible compared to bleed doin around 190 dmg. I would love to have Mortalwound do around 200dmg over 25 or 20 sec, considering that it is a leevel 50 skill.


Berserk

When I first read this skills info I was extremly ecited. I was thinking that more dmg = good right? But i didn't realize that the 30% more dmg taken would kill the ability for me. If you think about it Berserk is only kinda good if your not taking hardly any damage, if you are getting even a little focused then you're screwed. I just think that the 30% more damge does not out weigh the extra damge taken. If i hade it my way I would love if it did 25 % more dmg and only 10% more damage taken but this effect only lasted a short duration. Any admin reading this please consider my point of view.

I don't agree with the part about Berserk, Paladin's Endurance had an equal subtraction and addition, plus I think samurais deal good enough damage as is.

I guess your right. But endurance was quite useful right? I mean it was a good skill too use when needed. When ever I activate berserk I get dropped and because you can't DE-activate it for 30sec after you activate it you're stuck getting destoryed. But I do agree with you when it comes to balancing things but at the moment Berserk is not even worth activating because you simply die too fast.

Well the 30 second cooldown thing doesn't make sense to me either, that should probably be changed. Also, they must rename it bonzai!

I'm pretty sure you can stack mortal wound with bleed. And there is also the fact that mortal wound decreases the targets healing by 50%, which can really change the tide in a battle (and this gives samurais more of a use in group PvP).

I've tried stacking dots but I must have beed doing somthing wrong. Every time I would aply bleed right after mortal wound the 2 dots always ended sooner then they should have, plus the target was not taking very much extra dmg. I plan on tesing this more today but im just sad that I generaly choose bleed over mortal wound just because of the greater damage output (when mortal wound is the 50 skill)

Thinking back on it now i'm pretty sure daring told me that it didn't..
But in any case, I think that mortal wound should be buffed. But you don't just use it for the damage, more for the 50% decrease in healing, just my thoughts.

The time is not increaseed I don't believe, I believe the damage is just added together while they are both having effect

Minecraft will not process simultaneous damage ticks, I believe. If you and your buddy took a sword and whacked a guy at the exact same time, he'd take one hit of damage. If the timers work the way I think they do, the bleeds do not stack. This means that the only two "viable" offensive skills of the offensive focused class, are Bleed and Bash. Working Disarm/Bladegrasp into your fighting is useful for melee enemies. If you can time Berserk toggle/Bladegrasp right, it's moderately useful- but wastes so much stamina that it's not quite worth it.

I weave One into my combat when possibly, when I'm using my mouse I can turn faster to strafe and weave with One on. Which is moderately useful when attacking someone.

All in all, the true functionality of Samurais is limited. The class is certainly a viable one, relying heavily upon its weapon and armour and the added DPS of a spammed bash and bleed.

I'd love to see Samurais become more networked in with the Heroes plugin. At the moment they are mostly Vanilla PVP, and I'd love if they had more skills that were viable in combat, without straying from the combat style that does rely on Vanilla skill. Not entirely sure how to do this, but it should be done.

Mortalwound seems to do 120dmg instantly and then no bleeding effect. I tested this today and I didn't notice any bleeding effect what so ever. It's like a bash that takes 20 more damage and a lot more stam, not worth it. Repair Mortalwound by making it take 120dmg instant like it does now and then add some 10-20dmg ticks for 20 sec to do max 200dmg (That is included the instant 120dmg).

As for Berserk I don't even know why samurai got Berserk. I mean, when we get to level 60 (Master) we should get a good skill, not some piece of worthless crap like Berserk. Imo replace Berserk with old Inversion. If Berserk stays as it is, give sammy like iron helmet or something to buff after the loss of a fantastic skill to a crappy skill.
