TS3, coming back or not?

This has been asked before, and every time Kainzo has said that it will be coming back, but we are stuck with Mumble until some security issues are fixed. We may also end up using Vent, but it has similar security issues atm

I do prefer ts3 over mumble after using both. However, we're looking to find a TCP only TS3 - do you know of a method ? 
I am going to assume that you (@Kainzo) have looked in to TCP TS3 only. however, i will do some looking in to it and see if i can find anything that might help. hope i find something.
TCP=Transmission Control Protocol
it is the way the packs of data get into and out of the server so you can talk.
www.google.com always works if you want to know, and guess what, the first link is all about TCP and the next 30 also.
and i know thats not exactly what TCP does, but for the layman its better.
