This is getting out of hand over something so little as a player getting killed. I have been gone for a while and looked at the posts and everyone is firing on dmil and the Tree Creepers for there past events. This is unfair for not only Tree Creeper members but for everyone else on herocraft. First off i have talked to other members of Tree Creepers and they said after joining us they have been getting ported to all the time and watched constanly. Why is this we are all legit players that like to pvp when other people on the server are out there illegally mob grinding and using illegal mods, shouldnt they be getting watched? Also everytime we are out as a group there is allways a mod or admin watching everything we do. This is not a probleme to me because we have nothing to hide. But what about other players they should be watched too. This is seems unfair to everyone on the server, dont you?
It seems like the server is out to get us just because we like to pvp. Its unfair to other players too i mean why does all this happen when someone gets killed a couple of times what about all of the other players that get killed, this kind of thing didnt happen for them. I mean Airbus got his own regions and he is not a town just a shop, so does that mean other shops are getting regions I mean because the TC shop keeps getting griefed daily so how is this fair to anyone? I like this server alot and hope to stay here and i hope things can change in the future for Tree Creepers.

Obviously, dmil WASN'T banned for nothing, they had clear proof that was easily enough to perma-ban someone, but their giving him a second chance. If I were you I would leave the staff to their business and stop bitching before you get in trouble too. Also, their are now t4 personal regions... so stop using that as a fucking excuse to harass him. Honestly, you guys are starting to piss me off, the ignorance and trolling has got to stop, or you guys are gonna end up like MoB.

There are no conspiracies. Herocraft fully supports fluid PVP and whatever Tree Creepers objective's are (within the limitations of the rules)

So many people get away with calling us Fags, douchebags, pricks, faggots, etc. However, I got banned for most likely a minor harassment. Why'd you remove the plugin, was it lagging the server?

Yep, it is recently back in, with no lag.

Also, Airbus had a region in his shop because of the chestshop bug. ChestShops were breaking every few hours - and allowing anyone to take items out of it, to resolve this issue while the developer fixed the code, we had the shop regioned since it had so many chests in it.

This was my decision and it is / will be the first 'personal region'

all i have to say is logs exist, if someone is harrasing you just pe it. If enough go in staff will eventually do something about it. The only thing i've ever say to someone in pvp is "DONT fucking attack me" after i have killed them. Some people talk shit, others say sorry, i just ignore them all

#1 Almost anywhere that there is a "large" pvp battle there will be a mod or admin there to watch it. They have been watching for a long time to ensure that the servers rules are enforced. They were there when shiroku was raided, they were there when raids came to IP, they try to be where the pvp incedents will happen. I would welcome them to watch my fights. If my enemy tries something illegal then they will be punished the same as if i tryed something illegal.

#2 Staff watches everyone. I have seen at least 3 bans today for x-ray and illegal mob grinding. I have had many a time that one has ported to me and ported away and i have never caused any reason for suspition as far as I know. Maybe because the treecreepers are so often caught up in pvp they simply port to them often to do as i stated in #1. Plus y'all have made a name for yourselves. Many people know who the treecreepers are. Thus when a staff member goes through the list they see your names and know who you are. Fame has its bad side.

#3 Airbus has been here for a long time. He gives a TON of time and materials for the betterment of all on the server. Even your town can use the rail system as often as you like. I belive he has earned the simple region considering it has been the location for greifing and fighting for a very long time. It also makes the playing feild more fair for pvp as well. A large open area where there are no pitfalls or other dangers.

Honestly i don't see why you can't just stay on the surface and fight the people who come to fight you. As soon as it is known that there is a treecreeper at the shop someone will usually come to fight with you. Just leave airbus alone and kill everyone else.

Y'all have chosen to be the bad guys of the server. You raid, pillage and kill all those before you. People wont overlook what you do to see that you are just the bad guys. If I stole all of your stuff and killed you multiple times you wouldn't like me either. If someone has angered you simply go kill them or suck it up.

And let it be known that I harbor no hate for any of the treecreepers as individuals. I just see you as the bad guys and I like to be the good guy.

I really respect your thoughts and opinions. If people on the server simply would do this instead of rant to us over TS and in game, I would love being a Tree Creeper that much more. However not everyone is as mature as you are. But one point that I have tried making clear is that the TC never really wanted to kill airbus, but simply his shoppers. I actually one day went down stairs chasing someone and and said to Airbus, "I'm not here to kill you, just Jaysack." And he replied saying ok np. When I left and I apologized for the trouble I may have caused. The TC are not "Out to get Airbus" as everyone sees. We are out to get EVERYONE. The only reason I killed Airbus was because he hit me first. I think he is a cool guy, however, my respect for him is low at this point. I hope everyone got cleared up on the fact that TCs are not stalking Airbus everywhere. We were just messing around with him by following him around Zeal to simply annoy him. Btw thank you Ruthian for your thoughts.

I hardly think it fair that a group be allowed to spend days or a week camping a particular player or that player's property only to cry "Persecution!" after a couple of them have been temp banned for breaking the rules.

I don't believe the entire server or the mods/admins are out to get you, or anything. However, if you're going to attack things that are important to the server, such as major shops, popular players, or projects, expect some of the server to strike back for it, the same as you would were the roles reversed.

I am not saying we are getting upset over being accused of camping someones shop. We are hands down guilty for that and everyone knows it. Im not sure these guys even know about the Bloodline wars, anyone care to enlighten them on who Bloodline was, what they did and how they were ended. i see HUGE parallels with BL and the TCs

Apologies, That wasn't exactly clear, I know that you're not upset over accusations of shop camping. However, I will still say that the people trying to extort money from him to stop the attacks on both him and his work on the rail project is probably worse than the actual camping himself.
